When my car broke down close to this shop the staff here was extremely helpful in helping me out! I did not end up needing to have work done here but I am very appreciative and grateful.
I lived in Chester for close to 7 years and am sorry I didn't go to them sooner. I used them my last year in Chester for everything I needed for my car. They were honest and straight with me and if it was not such a far drive I would keep going to them.
Having been in the auto business in the past, I am a hard one to please, but these guys pulled through twice to get me my summer performance tires and my winter tires for my car. They took great care mounting the summer tires on my brand new alloy wheels and wrapped the original wheels and tires carefully before loading them into my car! And when it comes time to having the balance checked before putting either set back on, they are quick to take care of it! So I would say feel free to be comfortable heading over to see them with your car!
Very nice guys here, friendly service too. They seem to be fixing a lot of cars there especially when I try to park there on a Saturday. So they must be doing something right. Very professional in the way they try to explain things. Our family has been going there for over 12 years. Keep up the good work Orange County Tire!
I have been going to Orange County Tire for over 15 years. I have saved a lot of money with their very professional attitude and way of doing things. My cars have lasted to over 400,000 miles and 276,000 miles so they must be doing things right. Their lot is packed on a Saturday so how can you argue with that? They have never "steered" me wrong.
